The mission of the “Voices for Children” CASA program of Wood, Wirt, Ritchie, Pleasants, and Doddridge Counties is to advocate for the best interest of abused, neglected, and abandoned youth in court by utilizing well-trained community volunteers. While fulfilling this mission, the CASA will pursue all opportunities to educate and inform the public of the responsibilities and rights pertaining to abused, neglected, and abandoned children.
